If you have not done so already, please fill out the “get started” with your concerns so that Dr. Reem Saadeh can determine if she can provide you with dedicated care and genetic information. If you have already and have been asked to move forward please take the time to do the following:
First, scroll down to the “Select Your Appointment Slot” below.
Choose the type of visit you have been asked to schedule.
Once you choose an appointment type, a calendar will open up with available times. Please choose an open slot, fill in requested information and confirm the appointment.
Once the appointment is confirmed, please click on the below green payment tab that corresponds with your appointment type. Pricing
You will then receive two emails, one with registration information for my medical records portal ChARM and a second with links for required paperwork to be completed prior to our appointment.
On the day of our appointment, you will received a video link to join the tele-genetics consultation with Dr. Reem Saadeh.
